When SpeedCast constructed the ground-based satellite infrastructure for the nbn™ Skymuster™ system they turned to Innovative Thinking (IT) to develop the technical and contract documentation for the $184m rollout.

The project included:

• Document workflow analysis and improvement

• System design documentation

• System installation documentation

• Site layouts and equipment specifications

• Architectural analysis and drawings

• As built drawings

• Contract modifications

• Development of regional testing processes

• Data collection procedure and test result reporting

• SOPs for a managed service

Innovative Thinking (IT) designed a document suite and a set of document management processes that improved documentation turnaround and speed of contract approval.
